These terms govern access to TAP services provided by OneTap LLC. By creating or using an account, you agree to use TAP lawfully and to protect the credentials connected to your account.
Account responsibility
You must provide accurate information, keep sign-in credentials secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for content you publish or connect through TAP.
Acceptable use
You may not use TAP to violate law, impersonate others, distribute malware or abusive content, interfere with service operation, probe security controls, send unauthorized communications, or infringe another person’s rights.
Customer and third-party content
You retain responsibility for information, links, media, offers, and communications you place in TAP. Connected providers—including Google, email, scheduling, hosting, and payment services—may apply separate terms and availability requirements.
Service changes and availability
Features may change as TAP develops. We may suspend access needed to protect users, the service, or legal compliance. We work to keep TAP available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, TAP is provided “as is” without implied warranties. OneTap LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or third-party integrations.
