Introduction
This policy explains how TAP by OneTap LLC handles information when you create an account, use a TAP workspace, or interact with a TAP card, NFC item, QR code, appointment, quote, or connected feature.
Information we collect
We may collect account identifiers, contact and profile details, card and workspace content, customer-submitted information, service activity, device and coarse interaction data, and communications needed to provide TAP. Payment providers and connected services may process additional information under their own policies.
Google account information
If you choose Google account access, TAP receives the Google account subject identifier, verified email address, display name, and profile image made available for authentication. TAP uses this information to create or connect your customer account. Google account sign-in is separate from any optional Google Calendar connection.
How information is used
- Provide, secure, and support TAP accounts and workspaces.
- Deliver card, NFC, QR, analytics, appointment, quote, and communication features you use.
- Prevent abuse, investigate errors, and improve reliability.
- Meet legal obligations and enforce service terms.
Sharing and retention
TAP does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that operate hosting, authentication, email, scheduling, analytics, or payment functions, or when required by law. Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the service, security, records, and legal obligations.
Your choices
You can update available account and card information through TAP or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Some business, transaction, security, and legal records may need to be retained.
